N-arts Activities
Each partner carried out one or several N-arts activities which were then analyzed and evaluated. The personal experiences and the observations of the facilitators and qualitative evaluations gained through interviews were central subjects of the exchange of good practices and the basis for discussions on assessing the impact of arts activities in adult education. We proposed an innovative use of tools and applications that facilitate the documentation and analysis of N-arts activities. The process of mapping provided a road map by visualizing the steps required for the N-arts activity to take place: from the planning to the evaluation. We devised a template that traced the N-arts activity from the conception to the implementation and evaluation, and relating it to the dynamic action model “Five Ways to Wellbeing”. This is a well-researched general evaluation system, devised by the New Economics Foundation NEF, that is commonly applied to projects in the field of adult education, arts and health.
Mapping The N-arts Project
One of the essential tools in running the project was Mapping. This page brings a number of the Slides created during the project.
It was a very interactive process, and though looked as ready after every meeting, it was always possible to improve and to gain new perspectives.
I hope it helps anyone looking here exactly for that, a creative and reflective approach to Adult education.
